Do you teach a specific vendor product?
We use a vendor-neutral sandbox that mirrors common dashboard patterns. Concepts transfer; click-paths will differ on your licensed tool.
Is prior SQL required?
Basic query comfort helps. Module 03 includes guided SQL labs, but we do not turn the course into a database bootcamp.
What is a real limitation of this program?
We cannot remediate broken source data or force your IT backlog to move faster. If extracts arrive late or incomplete, your monitoring desk will still feel that friction — we teach how to document it, not how to magically erase it.
Are sessions remote or in person?
Public cohorts run live online with optional office hours in Petaling Jaya. Private Control Tower desks can include an on-site half day.
