Refund policy

Refund eligibility

You may request a full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before the cohort start date and have not accessed sandbox credentials. Cancellations inside 14 days may qualify for a partial refund as described below.

Timeframe to request

Submit refund requests within 30 days of payment or before the cohort midpoint, whichever comes first, unless required otherwise by applicable Malaysian consumer law.

Full or partial refunds

Full refund: cancellation ≥ 14 days before start, no sandbox access, no downloadable materials retained. Partial refund (50%): cancellation between 13 and 3 days before start, provided fewer than two live sessions were attended. After the second live session, tuition is generally non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Third-party examination fees, printed kits already shipped, custom Control Tower scoping work already delivered, and travel booked for optional on-site sessions are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@nodesignal-lab.digital with your full name, invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and may ask for verification.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible, or via bank transfer to a Malaysian account you nominate.

Cancellation by Nodesignal Lab

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

We may consider exceptions for documented medical emergencies or mandated travel restrictions. Exceptions are discretionary and documented in writing.
